Manifesta 15 Barcelona Metropolitana wrapped up on Sunday, 24th November 2024, with an impressive 291,336 visits recorded across its 16 venues. This milestone highlights the success of this year's edition in engaging a diverse and widespread audience.

A key feature of Manifesta 15 was its Focus Weeks, hosted in each of the participating municipalities, and the Manifesta 15 + programme, which further celebrated the region's rich cultural landscape. The Manifesta 15 + programme alone featured over 300 participants across 33 exhibitions and 95 events, attracting 33,195 visits. Manifesta 15 also demonstrated the willingness of audiences, including those beyond the traditional art world, to explore the metropolitan region. With mediation playing a pivotal role, the programme engaged over 16,000 participants in discussions, workshops, and participatory activities.

The success of Manifesta 15 was made possible by the collaboration of 12 municipalities, numerous partners, and an array of artists and cultural stakeholders. Together, they helped deliver one of the most ambitious cultural events ever staged in the region, fostering critical reflection on its untold histories and future possibilities.
