The Manifesta 15 Barcelona Metropolitana programme featured participants from a wide range of disciplines and corners of the globe. The venues hosted a diverse array of contributors, 55% of whom created newly commissioned works or adapted projects specifically for the biennial. In addition, as part of Manifesta 15 commitment to promoting perspectives from the metropolitan region, 36% of the participants were local.
